Item not as described (they sent me a 14" laptop instead of 15.6"). I asked the seller to send me the correct item (after I return the one they had sent) but they refused to do so! It took about 11 days to receive the item just so I would have to return it, a hassle for nothing. They did give me a refund once they received the item back.
